Reminder: open studio November 7 and 8…

Yes, I’m opening my studio-gallery to the public this weekend from 11 am to 4 pm.  It’s all part of the Flatbush Artists Studio Tour (aka FAST), which features the work of 23 local artists.

What exactly is FAST? Here’s a short video which offers additional info as well as a peek at my neighborhood, known as Victorian Flatbush because of its surplus of beautiful Queen Anne-style homes.

Interested in attending? The good news is that it’s easy to get to my studio. I’m located a half block from the Newkirk Avenue Q train station (about a half-hour from mid-town Manhattan). Street parking is available.

During the open studio, I’ll be serving refreshments and offering door prizes. Children are welcome. I may also have the famous Thea in tow, who is planning a special window display in honor of our new fairy tale exhibit. Think Ariel and her princess cohort.
